The June Members Open Forum of the National Association of Choirs which will be held on Saturday 9 June, 2012 commencing at 11h00. The venue and location are still to be confirmed, please check back here soon!!

NAC Member choirs are entitled to be represented at all Members Open Forum Meetings of the Association, these are the meetings where YOU the members have the opportunity to influence the running of the Association by giving direction and input to the Officer Team. So here’s your invitation to come along, don’t miss your opportunity to meet with the Officer Team and give them your thoughts/ideas and suggestions in an effort to make the Association work for you!! As always the National Officer Team would be delighted to see you and receive your views, comments and feedback be they good or bad.

Group Officers are especially reminded that Group reports should be brought to the meeting or submitted in writing (before the meeting if you cannot attend) and should be 100 words maximum, these reports will be incorporated within the meeting minutes and is your opportunity to showcase what your Group is doing to the rest of the Association’s membership).

As always the officers are looking for potential successors to strengthen the current officer team. Persons interested in influencing the way the association is run should introduce themselves to one of the present officers, preferably in person.

The March Members Open Forum of the National Association of Choirs which will be held on Sunday 25 March, 2012 commencing at 11h30 at The Belsfield Hotel, Kendal Road, Bowness - on - Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 3EL.

This Open Forum takes place during the Annual Conference, we hope to see you there!
