Grassington Singers

Vacancy for Musical Director

We are currently looking for a Musical Director.   Sadly our previous M.D.had to leave us due to ill health.  We found Tim Knight on the internet, and he very kindly has stepped in to help us out, and to inject us with his unique brand of humour and inspiration! But only until the end of April, when we will be on our own once again.

We would be happy to appoint more than one M.D. if there are applicants who wish to specialise in different forms of music. This would also mean spreading the workload more thinly!

We rehearse on Friday evenings in Grassington, near Skipton, North Yorkshire.  We give three concerts a year, typically  a Christmas concert, an oratorio or cantata and a concert of light music, although we are quite prepared to accommodate preferences.
