The Festival is the one of the largest of its kind in Europe (and possibly further afield). Some 60 choirs from across the UK and the rest of the world come together over six days at 44 singing events in 32 venues (including the Eden Project, Pendennis Castle, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Minack Theatre, Tate St Ives, etc) for 25 formal concerts in Truro Cathedral, the Hall for Cornwall and every major town across Cornwall. In addition, there are international competitions in which 20 male voice choirs compete, workshops for choirs and master classes for musical directors.
